Features introduction
- Execution unit is mainly composed with electromagnetic relay, solid-state relay, power module, transient suppression circuit, etc., to achieve electricity and pneumatic control, power supply and distribution, ignition control, logic timing control, etc. Control module and self test module can be customized, to achieve remote/network control and initial function test, etc;
- Control module take MCU as the core; receive the remote control command of master device (the previous device) by communications interface unit (CIU can be customized), to finish the intelligent/remote control after control module analyze;
- Self test module mainly achieve execution unit detection of the initial state by software and hardware;
- Data acquisition unit mainly achieve power input and electrical equipment condition monitoring, and save or upload state data;
- Security unit is used to alarm improper operation of power equipment (over current, over voltage, phase) or fault isolation, and secure human when the equipment is leakage power, etc.
- External sensor is mainly used for environmental physical testing; can achieve the physical testing of temperature, turning speed, acceleration, pressure, etc. and achieve corresponding control function by control module.
